Quick fixing Over-Introspection (OVERTHINKING)...

Hey beautiful people out there,
What’s up for the day? Hope you guys are good at your places.

Today I am going to discuss about the thing that most of the people suffer from and it is 'Deceitful Anticipation' i.e., OVERTHINKING’. Once I was also suffering from the similar problem and that eradicated my thinking capability and caused me depression and stress. Stress causes health and mental issues. Therefore our mind misattributes situations that are actually not like that.

This over thinking is nothing but a state of mind in which a person’s mind is always busy in thinking everything negative about any situation or a person or anything and hence gets stressed about all the things in the mind.

In most of the cases, this happens in relationships. When a person ignores his or her partner or is busy in something, then the ignored ones starts deliberating everything negative. This is human nature and not a mental disease. But yes this gives rise to many issues in your life as well as mental state.

 Every lock has its key. And this muddle has many elucidations.

1.      Be busy : When you think anything is causing you melancholy and because of that you are getting worried then get yourself busy with some work. And hence your mind gets busy and it gets no time and no space for false thinking.

2.      Focus on yourself: You should focus on yourself and embellish your personality because a jovial personality attracts interesting people.

3.      Surround yourself: You should surround yourself with your loved ones like family and friends and this adds happiness to your daily mundane.

4.      Meditation: An archaic yet effective way for a serene mind is meditation. Close your eyes and play some instrumental and soft music for two minutes or more as per your preference.

5.      Hobbies: Everyone has some activity that refreshes his or her mind and it is also a happiness booster.

An empty mind is a devil’s place’ keeping this in mind make yourself busy in more activities and adore every moment of your life. Make yourself fun loving and enjoy your own company.

A negative impermeable mind only spreads recusant vibes and hence our relations get spoiled. ‘A serene mind is all that we need’ and it spreads positivity and attracts much more happiness.

So, have a merry life and spread smiles everywhere.

MOOD OFF?? Here's the solution..

Hi you beautiful people out there. Hope you all are doing good at your places... It's been long time that I have not posted anything about life. But today I am here with a new idea. 

The most common thing that people suffer from. "Feeling unknowingly low". This happens with everyone in this world. Me, you, everyone..... Sometimes it feels like we are upset about something and we don't know why and there is nothing wrong in feeling that way.

How this idea came into my mind to write a blog on this topic. Actually it happened with me yesterday. I was upset and I don't even know why. When I asked my mom about the same she delivered the same Indian mom's dialogue," Are you alright? Is your health fine? You must be feeling gas in your stomach." And I was there sitting like,"what????" Then I told her it is about my mood. I was frustrated I was upset about something. Then a girlish thing came into my mind that is shopping.... That's the only thing that a girl needs for her refreshment. LOL... Just kidding...

See the thing is sometimes our mind needs rest and our body supports that and so we feel low. Sometimes we know what we are feeling but we can not explain anyone. 

The only solution for this is to do something that is fascinating. Any activity that makes us feel good, happy and refreshed. It can be anything sports, shopping (actually boys should also try that), going out with friends or it can be sleeping also anything that can make you feel refreshed. Sometimes we need to sit alone and think what is making us feel this way and wasting much time just on feeling fed up from everyone instead of creating loving moments.

It varies person to person. Include some activity in your daily life schedule and you will feel a difference. Just remember ' the person who can make you happy is the person yourself '.  May be some of your friends must be bothered about your mood but only you are responsible for what you are feeling. So JUST BE HAPPY & SPREAD SMILES.......
