Train your Brain: FOCUS ON GOALS



Hi folks,

Today I have come up with a new topic that is ,”how to FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS”, that is much needed when you are chasing your dreams.

When you are after your goals, you need to inseminate fearlessness, endurance for failures, attuned hard work and an obvious vigilance on your time. I am going to mention some simple tips about how you can stay focused towards your goals and enhancing your personal plight.



1.      Set a goal: The first and foremost thing that you can do is set your goal. As it is said,” a goal properly set is halfway reached.” So, to work towards your goal, you need to have a goal first. Think and think and decide.

2.      Plan your steps: The steps you are required to take while chasing your dreams, just note it down and create a full proof plan or can say strategy to achieve what you want. As there is no elevator to success, you have to take stairs. Don’t try to trot or a shortcut because results don’t come overnight, so, take it day by day.

3.      Eliminate toxicity: Whatever is bringing you down, you need to get rid of it now. Toxic relations, negative people, demotivating environment anything that is hindering your focus just delete it and accentuate the positive. But remember; preserve the suave and genial ones, who are hungry for life, nourish your soul and worth motivating.

4.      Starve your distraction, feed your focus: Yes you read it right. Don’t dissuade towards the noise. Just ignore them and focus. Make a to-do list for the day that contains activities that will take you one step closer towards your goal. Restrict your schedule like, early to bed and early to rise.



5.      Observe successful people: You just need to observe their lifestyle, their schedule or can say daily routine. And then that will help you to attune yourself and get rid of a morbid lifestyle. Their life, their routine will be a docile for you. Don’t try to copy them just try to adopt their routine that’s it.

6.      Get to work: ‘No goal was ever met, without a little sweat.’ Keep this in mind and go after your dream and keep moving towards your goals. Don’t stop until you reach your goals. Just be proud of each step you take towards your goal.

7.      Vivacity in life: Don’t appreciate negative vibes in your life. Be positive, think positive. Be a repertory of energy. Because success with a positive attitude is called ‘ACHIEVEMENT’.



You are not needed to be indurate or covetous as both will harm your progress. So set your goals high and don’t stop until you reach there. Whenever you feel dreary or nauseating, just remember why you started and observe your growth from starting. Then you will feel motivated enough to resume your hard work.

 John B. Bejo said,” Focus on your goals like a hungry lion and run after it without any thought except to get.” Stop dreaming and get into action because success doesn’t come to you, you go to it.
